Terms of Service

1. Your Parcel will be dispatched after 5 to 6 business days of clear payment and will be delivered to you in the next 9 to 10 working days.
2. Postage is done through any worldwide courier and a tracking number will be provided to the buyer to track their parcel.
3. We always try our best to deliver the parcel within time to all buyers, in extreme cases, it takes a little more time.
Note: (Delay time can be 3 to 4 days) Remember that info is only for extreme cases.

1. We only accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. We never pay for the return postage whatever the reason and buyers will pay all return shipping charges at their own expense. If there will be refunded or exchanged as agreed due to any reason.
2. We refund the only product price, that if the buyer doesn't take his parcel from the shipping company and refuses the delivery for whatever the reason and product get back to us. In that case, we don't refund the product shipping price but only refund the actual product price.

The buyer is fully responsible for any import customs duties and taxes in his country.
